Specials (PE, Art, Music, and Library) rotate on a four day rotation schedule.
Day 1 - PE with Mr. Boore
Day 2 - Art with Ms. Hubner and Library with Mr. Mendelin
Day 3 - PE with Mr. Boore
Day 4 - Music with Ms. Klever
On the first Day 2 of the week, we will also visit the library with Mr. Mendelin.
For example, we begin school on a Tuesday, so that first Tuesday will be a Day 1 (PE). Wednesday will be Day 2 (Art and Library). Thursday will be Day 3 (PE again). Friday will be Day 4 (Music). The next Monday would rotate back through the specials, making it a Day 1 (PE). I’ll send out a calendar link (through Seesaw messages) with these days filled in so that you can better see what special we have each day.
*Please keep a pair of PE shoes at school so that your child is always able to participate in PE class. Please continue to practice shoe-tying at home to help your child be more independent when we are getting ready for PE!
*Your child also needs an art shirt that stays at school - any oversized t-shirt that can get messy!
*Library is on Day 2 - Please remember to send library books back to school in your child's backpack. We have a bin in our classroom for library books ready to be returned. Your child can return library books at anytime to this bin in our classroom, and we will turn those in on our library day.
